Born in Duval County, by the name of Amanda "A.LeeRich" Richardson.  My journey in the grooming industry has been built through passion, creativity, education, and connection to the city that helped raise me. I’m a licensed cosmetologist with over 12 years of experience behind the chair, and for the last 4 years I’ve continued growing while working for myself and building Crown Culture Jax from the ground up.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to experience both salon and barbershop environments, each teaching me something different about the craft, professionalism, culture, and people. Those experiences shaped not only the hybrid barber/stylist I’ve become, but the vision behind Crown Culture Jax.

Outside of the shop, I’m a naturally creative person. You can usually find me outside working in my yard, spending time near the beach, taking photos, with family or studying the craft even during my downtime. If I’m not cutting hair, I’m usually researching haircut structures, learning about current trends, or continuing my education within the industry. Education matters most to me because this profession has no ceiling — there is always something new to learn, refine, and perfect.

What excites me most is being able to do what I love while continuing to grow here in the city I love most. Jacksonville has played a major role in shaping who I am, and the people here are the culture behind everything I do. Their support, loyalty, stories, and individuality continue to inspire the environment and vision behind Crown Culture Jax every single day.

For me, this has always been about more than just hair. It’s about connection, confidence, creativity, culture, and creating a space where people feel like the best version of themselves when they leave the chair.
